Classroom lessons

The courses will be held every day  in the morning from 11:30 to 14:30  and in the afternoon from 17:00 to 20:00.

Book your course now, for yourself or for private events, team building. ; in our schools you will learn,  to make many types of fresh pasta in a simple and infallible way, thus managing to make all the recipes of the lesson in your home. Guaranteed. You will also taste the pasta we have prepared, just as it is served in starred restaurants, in fact you will have the opportunity to taste a handmade pasta, with fillings made at the time, cooked with sauces expressed and served.

For the first time a complete protocol with all the guidelines you will need to make many types of puff pastry, fettuccine, ravioli, fillings and sauces, in a simple, clear and direct way.

Morning class

The course is held in the morning from 11:30 to 14:30; at the end of the 3 hours you will have all the skills to make many types of pasta, ravioli, fettuccine, tortellini and different types of fillings.
We will make pasta with eggs and without eggs (vegan) and we will also prepare two types of sauce live, with final tasting. Included in the price there is aperitif with Italian cheeses and Prosecco during the lesson, and lunch served with the fresh pasta and sauces ready made during the course, water, wine, a dessert prepared live by the chef. In addition, you will receive the exclusive chef hat with the logo.

Afternoon class

The course is held in the afternoon from 17:00 to 20:00; at the end of the 3 hours you will have all the skills to make many types of pasta, ravioli, fettuccine, tortellini and different types of fillings.
We will make pasta with eggs and without eggs (vegan) and we will also prepare two types of sauce live, with final tasting. Where are the lessons held?

The courses are held at EX Pastificio Faini in Via dei Latini 15 and in the Antica Cucina, in  Via dei Sabelli 58, in San Lorenzo in Rome.

In a central area just a few minutes from Termini station, and 30 minutes walking from Via Veneto, Villa Borghese, Piazza Barberini. Connected both by metro to Piazza Vittorio station, 10 minutes on foot or by bus No. 170 or No. 71
