Pasta from a lifetime

After many experiences in the world of hotel marketing, Emanuele Faini decided to enter the world of pasta, thus resuming the family business begun in 1980 by his parents.
The “Pastificio Faini” was a laboratory for the production and sale of pasta from 2014 for four years with Angelo, always using quality Italian flours, eggs, meat and vegetables of first choice and thus having been named among the first “10 pasta factories in Rome”. From 2018, the two began to teach cooking class in the “Ex Pastificio Faini” to guests from all over the world. In 2022 his first book “The Faini method” is published. Available on Amazon.
In 2023 born the second school “Antica Cucina”.

Today Emanuele and Angelo dedicate themselves with great passion to cooking courses in their two schools for all lovers of true Italian artisan pasta. The courses, with more than 2000 five-star reviews on Airbnb and other dedicated portals, are counted among the best fresh pasta courses in Rome.
